Horrific service

The most disgusting service , bought a shoes a day ago .

I wore the shoe and called to report that the left shoe was not proportional as I couldn’t walk .

And a metal was sticking out they asked me to return it upon returning it they say they cannot credit or refund my money . When they shoes are expensive. The who work there have customer service nor phantom the retail policy .
