I bought the shoes worth R2650 on line, correct size and paid cash, and it was delivered. Little did I know that the make of the shoes was too big for my foot. when I communicated with the store, I was informed to send the pictures as proof, which I did. When I wanted my refund because the shoes were not fitting me to my satisfaction, I was informed to check if I cant choose something from store, which I didnt want anything. When I told them I want the refund because I have no other shoes that I want from store, its then they told me the store does not have a refund policy so they cannot refund me instead they can give me the a credit note which is valid for 3 months. And on top of that my wedding is in 2 weeks time and I do not have shoes nor money to buy another pair of shoes. I liked the shoes that I ordered not any other shoes on their website. The shoes I ordered was the last pair.
