An appalling service

<div>I bought same shoes from Castelo one in December 2021 and one in January 2022 , black and silver respectively , each of them was R2650

I have won the silver one once and the black ones twice or 3 times , in exactly 3 months the shoes were torn and exactly on the 7th of April 2022 I lodged a complaint with you at one of your stores at Menlyn,they asked me to send a receipt and drop off the shoes at their Menlyn branch and the owner/ manager will call me

I waited for the call to date…..I had a follow up email on the 18th of June as to what’s the way forward in terms of this issue, this was 2 months later

I asked if I should write on their social media and Hellopeter and they never bothered to respond, to date I have no response from them….when I called the store I was told the manager will call me and 4 months later after complain I’m still waiting

So I am writing this here to warn all those who are buying from this shop, please beware, if you encounter any problems with your shoes, they have no time for their customers , they only care about the sales and not building long lasting relationships with their customers

They are ready to tarnish their reputation over just R5300, if they can’t solve a simple issue like this, how are they going to solve more complex issues

I bought a lot if shoes from them in Bedfordview, Sandton and their Menlyn branch, I must say after this treatment I will never set my foot there…what is sad is I have reffered my friends to buy there too

Their shoes are amazing but their customer service sucks, just getting feedback from this

Communication is very important, even if maybe the outcome of the issue wasn’t positive or pleasing, at-least I still deserved feedback, but keeping quiet and blatantly playing ignorance is an absolute No No

I will never shop at Castelo ever again and will not let my friends and family buy from this shop, they are pathetic</div>
