Parts

I just want to comment on how I went to parts to enquire about a part, as the salesman was helping me the manager out of nowhere I could hear was swearing and shouting and I felt that is no way to conduct yourself as a manager especially if there are customers at the front counter. I even asked the young lady in the office when I was making a payment if is that what they are subjected to on a daily basis!!? And she laughed it off. As a loyal customer I don’t think it is right to be shouting and swearing in front of customers or even shouting at the salesmen!!! I am appalled by that behavior he could not even hide it in front of customers whatsoever it is that was making him angry. It is very wrong and I hope it will change!!!
