Bad attitude/service Richard Steyn

I am utterly disgusted at the service I am receiving from Richard Steyn , this is now the forth time I was promised to have my vehicle picked up in order to repair to no avail, with no form of apology or even the courtesy of getting back to me. for the patethic service. Only to find our today Richard is on annual leave having to put up with all the other excuses of his dad and wife being ill.

I require this sorted out immediately.
