Rude Attorney

These Attotneys in Carletonville are very rude,from day one when I dealt with them when CPI handed my account over to them in 2019.I explained to them that I am not working however I can make arrangements to pay the acc which was around R1900 they refused for a payment arrangement to be made and continued to send threatening SMSs and added ridiculous interest.I payed off the account in 2 portions but they still listed me and put a judgement against my name and never removed after I payed the account I went to their offices yesterday to ask for a clearance letter and the receptionist said I would needto pay R280 for it and I said I don't have that money. She rudely said that is how they work and I said to her if I don't get the clearance letter I will report them to hellopeter and she went to the back the attorney came rudely said to me go aheadand record me,start your recording.I rep**** who is recording you because I never said I will record you.He started shouting and stormed back to the back This Attorney is very rude and so many people complain about his behavior but no one has ever reported him. Please advise them to give me my clearance letter as they were supposed to removethe judgement which I feel they unfairly put against my name even after I paid the account. I will also report him to their legal council.
