Debt collection
They abuse the debt collection system and use it to oppress people financially. They over charge people and never give a proper explanation for their costs. They manipulate information and will make you sign documents a person doesn’t understand and later use them to their advantage.They withhold information and they charge consultation fees for every inquiry a person makes. I’m planning to lodge a complaint with the LPC as I have been abused financially and emotionally not to mention psychologically by these attorneys. I have created a WhatsApp group if there’s anyone interested in joining the group please send me an email ***

Horrible
The people in this company are so rude!! Every single one of them! I wasn't working for 3 years and even now i have a temp job that doesn't pay well. I've asked them so many time to do the arrangements over the phone and they can email me the agreement and sign, but nope! They want me to go to the office and honestly my situation is really difficult. I know that I am responsible for the account and I should make the payment. Yhooo these people!! horrible bunch of people! Its like everyone there is given training on how to be horrible. Not even one person there is nice or have good manners. I swear if I win lottery they are first on my list so I can get them off my back. I have never in my life had to deal with such horrible people that are collecting money.

rude bunch
they are the rudest bunch. get letters for 2019 cpi **** only to tell me ai am not allowed to have policy's or help out with my grandchildren and insists on immediate payment. Because i can afford to buy luxuries such as food i must scale down and pay them. They are terrible and are money wolfs. no decency
