Horrible

The people in this company are so rude!! Every single one of them! I wasn't working for 3 years and even now i have a temp job that doesn't pay well. I've asked them so many time to do the arrangements over the phone and they can email me the agreement and sign, but nope! They want me to go to the office and honestly my situation is really difficult. I know that I am responsible for the account and I should make the payment. Yhooo these people!! horrible bunch of people! Its like everyone there is given training on how to be horrible. Not even one person there is nice or have good manners. I swear if I win lottery they are first on my list so I can get them off my back. I have never in my life had to deal with such horrible people that are collecting money.
