I"m a resident in carletonville where you have attorneys Cass Pieterse working with you.

The manner in which their administration person by the name of Almeria hands clients is with utmost disrespect and intolerance. On numerous occasions when I went to their office, she's rude and very deeming. She told me to go look for employment to pay my school fees debt even though I was trying to make arrangements, she further stated that at my age I should be ashamed of myself that I"m not working and being assisted by my mother. Mind you I wanted to pay R500 p/m of R7700 balance. She refused and said within 48hrs I need to pay 60% as they won't make arrangements further than 60%.

Few months later I was able to pay the R7700 went and submitted proof of payment. 3 days later she demanded I pay the outstanding legal costs within 48hrs or I will get arrested. As usual I went to try and make arrangements, she than started with her verbal abuse, "if you could pay the R7700 you can pay the entire outstanding out". She continues to give out my details about my file to next of kin pertaining to my case. I"m not sure how far the Popi acts stretch. I"m very distressed with her conduct.When you try sign and make arrangements she doesn't want, threatening sms are sent. She than prides herself with I will take you to court.

So many clients, legal wise clients complain about how they treated but nothing is done.
