Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional Conduct by CashGist Agents

I would like to raise a complaint about the telephone service I received from CashGist agents. The agents have very poor telephone etiquette. On several occasions, they have simply hung up while I was still speaking, and some even laughed during the conversation. I find this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. Please look into this matter and address it with the relevant agents.
