I accidentally paid money to Cash gist instead of Wagelink. It's been 2 weeks waiting for my refund. They have now blocked me on their WhatsApp.

Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional Conduct by CashGist Agents
I would like to raise a complaint about the telephone service I received from CashGist agents. The agents have very poor telephone etiquette. On several occasions, they have simply hung up while I was still speaking, and some even laughed during the conversation. I find this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. Please look into this matter and address it with the relevant agents.

Not support
I Paid them finish . Then I tried to apply for a loan again But for some reason I cannot reapply and I tried to sent emails and calls not much support. They just need to better that service.
