Ziyabuya Cashbuild in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape

Recently had a delivery made on Friday however when the goods arrived a bath tub was missing handles and 15mm co stop end x2 . The delivery guy mentioned that he will take the missing items from another Cashbuild branch, so he made it seem as if by Monday we’ll have the missing items delivered. However today is Tuesday and i am still waiting on the missing items

I recently called the store and they mentioned that they are still searching for the items at the back storage. I am starting to panic because of there is no proper deadlines in terms when should the items be available and secondly, i cannot finish my renovations because of these missing items. It is a really frustrating and daunting process calling the store to not receive an appropriate response.
