Wrong Door

I bought lounge hardwood door at Cashbuild Palm Springs on the 13 October yesterday they bought the wrong door promised to bring the right door today morning. I then decided to go to the store, to my suprise the price has changed , their excuse was they put the price tag to the wrong door, I have the picture of the door with the advertised prize. The manager was not helpful at all. His response was 'you will get the door' he didn't even bother to listen to my enquiry or check the slips. Can I please be assistant .
