Wrong and late delivey

Good day

I bought 40 black roofing tiles at cashbuild Mamelodi/ Silverton, they took 4 weeks to deliver them. Everyday when I call them they tell me they will deliver tomorrow, tomorrow is tomorrow. The other day they tell me that is raining the can't deliver. Yesterday they delivered wrong tiles RED in colour. I called them but they told me they are busy with other customers. Now I don't know what to do with the Red tiles that I didn't ordered. I need my black tiles before the end of today. I am sick and tired of calling cashbuild and talking the same thing everyday. I am so disappointed of bad service at cashbuild.
