Worst service ever.

Two weeks ago I bought building material from Cashbuild In Diepsloot and was promised that my deliver would arrive within 48 hours. However, they took a whole week to arrive and my builders were delayed due to that. Last week Saturday, again I bought building material and was promised that It would take 48 hours. This time frame has now passed and causing more delays for the Builders who now can’t meet their target and I need to pay them more. I drove all the way from Springs to Fourways to accept the delivery which was promised to be done today and it seems I drove for nothing because no one is home to accept the delivery. I’m still waiting and no help.
