Worse service ever from Cash build

I am so angry with the way Cash build has dealt with me and client , The regional manager Brian has no way of dealing with clients and spoke to my client without me being present and he told the client she would be reimbursed a Linton and blocks and no reimbur*****t was given and I want this sorted by tommorow or else taking this further and I want reimbur*****t I'm Hanifa ********** 044
