Won't even try and help you

A few weeks ago I bought a metal door frame from Cashbuild Hillfox telling them that I have a metal door at home and they sold me the frame telling me that it's for e metal door.<br> <br> Today I went back because my metal door was too short for the frame and wanted to buy a new door from them that fits into the frame I bought. All the doors they have there are made different with regards to the hinges and won't fit in my frame without a lot of grinding, cutting and welding.<br> <br> They had a door there that could fit directly into my door but wasn't willing to help me out and split it from the the frame it was in. I was basically told I had to modify the door myself.<br> <br> The manager on duty wasn't interested in helping and just wanted to get me out there with the wrong door rather than helping a customer out that has spent thousands of rands at their store in the past year for building supplies.<br> <br> Don't think I'll ever go back as I would rather spend a bit more at a different store and know I get the service and help a customer deserves.
