Winnie is a star Cashbuild Rochards Bay

I just want to thank Winnie form the Richards Bay branch that help me yesterday with a exchange. she is working in the offices. I lost my slip and she spend about 30 min going trough all the different receipts on the system to find mine so I can exchange my basin that I purchased. It was the wrong size. She then went to my car and took the wrong basin basin that was very heavy and took it in side the shop. I want want to thank her from the bottom from my heath for being patient and helped me. I was in a very bad mood due to unprofessional service from a different shop in town and Winnie just change my mood with this excellent service.
