Will my order be delivered or not

Still awaiting delivery from cashbuild, I've placed an order on the 13th July to date no delivery. And am within less than 5km radius from the store. I've been to the store on several occasions and everytime they promise to deliver before the end of business day, but nothing. What should one do to receive paid stock timeously. The builders are waiting for the material which is supposed to be delivered within 48hrs not 48 days
