why you never get what you saw from the supplier

I bought building material last week at the above mentioned store, and I received them.<br> unfortunately, now that my builders are using the bricks they noticed that there are most bricks which are very skew.....why are they selling rejects to customers and worse this was a cash sale not on credit.<br> another thing....people who came to deliver bricks, they break the bricks and I asked what am I to do with broken bricks because I expect my builders to use each brick.<br> the service was ok, but I am unhappy with the fact that I have to go back and tell them the obvious.<br> Their incompetence really proves how one should go to another supplier hence no one called to check if all was in order after the delivery.<br>
