Very bad customer service

Went into the store at CNR Nasrec RD store to get some building supplies the guy at the door I think his the manager I asked for assistance in selecting a type of ceiling board I wanted He said he will get someone 15 minutes later I still waited for assistance I went to go get me someone to assist me a really great guy named Alex very helpful So at the pay point I asked if stuff can be delivered they said they can only schedule for Monday and I asked can it be canceled as I am only available on saterday and they laughed including the guy I first asked for assistance and didn’t get help . So I left and went to builders warehouse. Didn’t regret my decision.
