Useless staff

I am absolutely ticked off with the useless and *********** staff at Cashbuild Amalinda. Who lie and dismiss you without a bother. A person should only go to cashbuild if there is no other options as the service is pathetic and the staff could not care. I phoned on Friday and asked if I buy, could it be delivered on the Saturday. Pumlani informed me, that would not be a problem. I asked him, before I ended the conversation a 2nd time and he told me not to worry, my order would be delivered. On Saturday I had appointments on which I cancelled. I stayed home and waited on cashbuild. at 12h00 I phoned and spoke to Pumlani again and he ensured me, my order will be delivered. So as my wife and kids went on a afternoon outing, I stayed at home and waited. Waiting for nothing and nothing is happening. So now I phone and looks like the shop is closed. ****** useless staff not having the ability to speak the truth or arrange a delivery. So no feedback from the store as these persons dont care about customer service. Bunch of useless imbeciles. But that is the lesson to be learnt, I should have gone to a hardware shop a bit further away. This is the last time I am wasting my time with these *****s.
