Urgent Refund by Cashbuild

I app**** for a loan at Nedbank on the 22nd of December 2021, loan was approved, on the 24th of December i was notified that the money was paid at Cashbuild, the Nedbank consultant didn't alert me about the money that will be going to Cashbuild. I told the consultant that I want the money in my account, he reffered me to Cashbuild where they made me sign a document that they will refund the money to my account the next day. On the 28 of December 2021 Cash build changed the tune and said they will return the money back to Nedbank. Today Cashbuild is telling me they will refund the money back to Nedbank on Friday the 7th. I am not sure what is taking Cashbuild so long to return the money to Nedbank. I didn't take this loan to be taken from pillar to post, wasting petrol and airtime to chase after Cashbuild. I need urgent assistance as this debt is already on my credit record and I am obliged to pay for it on the 25th of January.
