Urgent Assistance Required – Door Cannot Be Opened

I am truly not happy with the service from Cashbuild. We bought a door, but the wrong door was delivered. After we informed them about the mistake, they replaced it with another door. However, we are now unable to open it because the key does not work properly.

They came to check the problem and said the key was the issue. Now when we call again, they are saying the problem is that the door was not installed correctly, which is different from what we were told before.

It has now been 5 days and we are still unable to open this door. This situation has been very frustrating, and we would really appreciate it if the issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
