unreliable

my wife bought 40 bags of cement, and the delivery was supposed to be done on the 12th April 2016 and it was never done, she went to the Store today but they were too proud to listen to her story even the Store manager then I had to call them , they said they did wrong delivery, they delivered our bags to wrong address, and that they waiting for the delivery truck to come back to check the delivery note, I told them that my wife has been waiting there since 08 o'clock and now it pass 11 and you guys are saying you waiting for the truck, <br> <br> I don't appreciate the fact that the mistake is the store's and now we taking the blame, <br> <br> now the delivery truck came and they took my wife and went there to that address, only to find out that it was a waste of time for my wife as the cements were delivered to the right person as that person also orded and has proof of payments.<br> <br> then now my wife was asked to go back to the store to collect, (while that was what I asked them at first to try and take ownership of the mistakes and give my wife 40 bags then they'll sort that mess of theirs later,<br> <br> <br> I'm extremely disappointed with the store and I assure you guys that I wont be your client
