Unprofessional, bad service, Cashbuild Grahamstown

I went to Grahamstown Cashbuild, asked them if I can order a round shower door, they failed to inform me that you pay upfront and only then they order it. I then pay for it, they order and say it will be there the next day. The next day I send the plumber to fetch it, no shower door. They say they will phone me. Almost the whole week no one calls me. I phoned today they tell me it arrived but the supplier sent the wrong door. I never knew Cashbuild which is a big name can be so unprofessional i regret doing business with them and I hope they can be disciplined.
