Undelivered plumbing materials

My business is Phehla Umsebenzi trading 133, I bought materials from Cashbuilt Losikisiki three weeks ago, I asked for a quote of which I paid an amount of 60k for doors and plumbing materials, up until now I haven’t received my stock, I’ve been told that there is no stock of which that was not communicated on the quotation only after I paid, I have been penalized by the client for non performance and I’m told by them that the refund will take 5to 7 working days to be processed of which I don’t have that time after waiting so long for my delivery. I’m so frustrated and discouraged and I need you to assist me to bring back all the delivered items for plumbing and they immediately refund me so that I can go get the materials somewhere else.the lady who helped me is Nomfuneko he knows the guy who send me a quote. This is a very bad service that is affecting my business in a negative way and I can be terminated for not delivering on time.
