Undelivered cistern universal

On the 30th January I went to cashbuild Rustenburg to buy the materials for R35256.45. The delivered the following Tuesday at Mabaalstad (Kwa Phiri)however on Thursday my builder phoned.me to notify me that they delivered almost everything except the cistern universal blue. I called them on Saturday and was told that the manager i(Sipho) s off i should call on Monday which I did and he told me to send someone to come collect it so today Wednesday the 11th i sent my sister to the shop and she was told that everything was delivered i should double check. So since I am very far i asked my daughter to go check on my behalf so she video called me and showed me everything that was delivered and the cistern universal was not there. I mean how can I lie about not receiving something that costed R419 whereas I spent R35256 what am I going to benefit from getting 2 cistern universal.. All I want is to get the product I paid for nothing more or less.
