They sent a subcontractors Sand shifters to deliver . The driver broke my gate. The manager told me they can not assist and offered 2 bags of cement after telling me the workmanship was worth R50 anyways. I did not take the cement as I felt insulted. Nothing was done to make sure Sand shifters was accountable as Cash build is the one that sent them in my home . I feel like as a customer I was not protected by them.
