Their service is poor and empty promises. We bought We ordered concrete mix/M3 x 6 and Pit sand/M3 x6 when it was delivered it was concrete mix/M3 x 3 and Pit sand MIX x3 Monday the 24th we went to enquire the manager called their supplier but conversation was not fruitful, he took our house address as if they will come with the supplier, to this day of today they haven't come. All I need now is our money back as we have to buy from the other dealer. We waited too long and only when we went to them they will start to show some movement. Our builder recommended cashbuilder as the best and he is using them all over Cape Town, Eastern Cape he never had a problem for delivery or shortage. He pointed that to them and he was told this is not Cape Town. I am very dissatisfied with their service to me. Unhappy customer
