Terrible service

Myself , my wife and 3 kids age 2 / 4 standing at cashier while she is counting her takings, I caused her to loose count, she shouted infront of every one including the manager " jou ma Se Poe's". It was an extremely humiliating experience, and no one reprimanded her or apologised.
