terrible delivery service at Cashbuild

I bought building materials from Cashbuild-online and the store location is Sontonga Mall in Katlehong. I bought the material on a Friday and until Tuesday the material was not delivered. Actually I am still waiting. While on their website they say delivery is in 48 hours. Cashbuild is open from Monday- Sunday. The thing that annoys me is that when I call them they say the building material is on their way. The builders have their days wasted so as my leave days. This is a terrible service, I would not mind booking my own private transport if they were honest. They should have also been honest when I called them numeral times inquiring about the delivery. They should set realist delivery times and not toy with people like this. This is utterly terrible.
