i bought a toilet pan that had a factory fault, i contacted head office customer care and i spoke to Michelle and she apologized for the inconvenience caused as the pan was already installed and leaking. she advised that the store will be able to assist and cover the plumbing cost as we had to uninstall the pan and install the new one. at the store Gavin and Rhulani assisted me with no hassle and after a day Gavin called to check if I'm happy with new pan. what a GREAT service a received from CASHBUILD. big ups :)
