Supahot warranty **** conducted by Cashbuild

Cashbuild ****MED me with a Supahot geyser saying it holds a warranty whilst it doesn't. They don't want to replace or refund me. I have had the geyser for less than a year and a half. Instead they are passing the buck and don't want to take accountability. I should have just bought a Kwikot one, I should have not taken their advice and stuck to what l have always bought for my Rental business properties that is Kwikot.
