stinking customer service

I have to object to the ********** treatment we received from cashbuild klerksdorp. we bought some building material on the 12th Feb and waited for delivery for ages, we went to check what was happening and all we got was rude stares from dispatch staff,not even a simple sorry.Builderswarehouse is just up the road from you,keep that in mind when you treat customers like ****,WHILE YOU ARE AT IT GET SOME TRAINING AND MANNERS.You are not doing us any favours,we pay your salaries.
