Service could have been better! Change your attitude

On Saturday the 8th March 2025 around 15h30, I went to Cashbuild Giyani to buy a wall plug. The shop was basically with no customers. When I entered the shop there were about 4 workers (gentlemen) seated on the desk near the entrance. I felt so happy because I thought I was going to be welcomed and be assisted, but to my suprise they ignored me and continued with whatever they were doing. Cashbuild is a very huge shop and I was looking for a small item, I had to peep through every isle, with them watching me do that, until a lady who was mopping next to the exit asked if I needed help. I felt neglected as a customer by those gentlemen and I woul like to appreciate the service I was given by Granny Lebea, who directed me towards the right isle & to another gentleman who helped with a smile on his face. I believe those gentlemen who were by the entry could have helped me faster, instead of watching me wander around a shop, if their job description does not include customer care, I believe they need to be given an office at the back, as their presence at the entrance give customers the wrong impressions.
