Selfish business practices

<p>I'm a very disappointed customer, as I believe that Cashbuild is potraying selfish business ethics. I visited Cashbuild Daku to get a quote for delivery on 4 sets of Fascia Boards, the quote was indeed provided, however, the gentleman that assisted me advised that they won't deliver the boards as you only deliver items that are normally classified as heavy by nature and that only a minimum quantity of 5 items may be delivered, e.g bags of cement. So what is the fuss all about, you may ask, my main problem is that over the past month I have supported this very same store by purchasing over a hundred bags of cement, most of which was delivered but when I am a customer needing Fascia boards delivered, the service is not provided to me. This is the main reason why I am saying you guys are providing service that is very selfish. I mean surely you could have a look at a customer's sales history and use business discretion and deliver the boards. I am driving a small car, so even if I only wanted one 4.2m Fascia board, there is no way that I could fit this in my car, which is the reason why I visited your store thinking that you offer free delivery, more especially for items as long as a 4.2 Fascia Board.</p>
