Rude,No customer service

I have never been disgusted by bad customer service like I was by one of your stores like I was this past week. My mom and myself bought building material worth 15K at Cashbuild Ziyabuya, Port Elizabeth. We had to deal with *********** staff and a rude manager who could not speak with us with respect and dignity when they failed to deliver our good on time. I made endless calls to the store requesting them to deliver our material which would have taken them less than 5km to deliver. I had to resort to threaten to take my money back for them to deliver some of the good. Even today, I had to go there in person to get more of what I bought on the 15/06/2020. Your team is very rude and unprofessional especially that store manager who was shouting at us when we enquired and demanded our delivery to be done ASAP. I have never been actually spoken to like that in my entire life of being a customer. The amount of airtime I spent calling the store just for them to deliver our stock is too much. Such a mediocre service so pathetic and not even an apology for the delay, just rude and righteous manager.
