Rude Staff

I bought cement and other building material at Cashbuild Marapyane on the 15th April 2021. Due to the fact that I reside in JHB, I paid via EFT and made sure that I did an immediate as when I tried to pay via debit card at the Greenstone branch, I was rudely told by Frans that it cannot be done. Simon was the consultant at Marapyane, and I sent and email regarding when the delivery will be done, and I received no response. I called Simon on Friday the 16th and explained to him that I needed the delivery done on that day and he just said that he cannot do it and I must find alternative transport if I cannot wait. He then said to me that he would make sure that the delivery gets done at 7:30am Saturday 17 April, yet when I called him at 08: 45am today asking about my delivery, his response was appalling. He just said " I busy loading, and what do you want me to do?". This is honestly the worst service I have ever received from your company. I don't expect to be treated in such a manner, especially when I am spending my hard earned money. Simon doesn't stick to his word and extremely rude, and with all honestly it feels like clients get treated badly in outlaying stores and than stores that are situated in suburban areas.
