Ridiculous service

*********** staff wrongly charged me for additional 50 bags of cement which I never ordered, and my bank could not reverse payment immediately. The manager at cashuild was not able to refund the amount which was charged and confirmed by my banking institution. This is rid and unfair since I have debit orders that run at midnight.

I have tried to contact you telephonically to find out which Cashbuild store you are referring to.

Please let me know so I can get the relevant Divisional Manager to contact you to resolve this issue.
