i bought ile cement on 28/07/2020 and the guys that worked at my house have left some and i can't use them anymore.I have 3 bags which are not open just at my house for a day and a half and when my brother went there for a refund they told him they can't accept the cement.I just want to know why and what must i do with all this cement.
