Refund took longer than expected.

On the 04/08/21 I have bought building material from Cashbuild Dwarsloop, as have asked for the quotation from different hardware's only to find out that the other hardware was cheaper by R4000 compared to Cashbuild. therefore I have asked Cashbuild to stop the delivery as I will prefer to purchase from the cheaper hardware we are all trying to save money during this pandemic time R4000 will make huge difference in my life. I was then informed that the money will be reversed within 72 hours in my account all required documents signed and completed. to my surprise I am still awaiting for my money in my account till date the total amount to be refunded is R15326.30 *** When I make follow up I am informed that the person who received my documents is on leave, told them that my builders are waiting for the material as I am still waiting for the refund to purchase from the cheaper competitor. can I please have my money today my project cant wait for the person that is on leave.
