refund

I was at Daveyton Cashbuild in Mayfield Square, returning goods that i bought on the 6 September 2015, i went to the cashier by the name Dintshalo Makhubela, explained to her that i need a refund for this items that i bought on the 6 september. she started shouting at me and claiming that us customers are irritating her and that she cannot assist me since the return machine is not working, she then advised me come back on Monday , I stood there for about 20 minutes, until a lady by the name Synthia Mphuti started shouting at her, she still refused to help, the lady did copies for my invoices and apologise on behalf of the cashier, she then advised her to apologise she still refused, I ask if the manager is there, but I was told his off. I left all the items I wanted to buy. I was really not happy, because i am building my house and Cashbuild is very close, but with a service like this I will have to buy somewhere else. thanks to Synthia, and Kelly who always assited me since cashbuild was open.
