Quote for House plan material

<p>On Thursday 20th of October we took out house plan to Cash Build in Thaba Nchu to get a quote for our house plan as we want to extend our house. The plan was taken by one of the employees and we were advised that we will be called as soon as the quote was ready. On Saturday the 22nd of October we went there again to find out if the quote was ready as we want to start buying material to build we were told again that the qoute was not done. So today i called the store to find out if the qoute is ready i was told it has not been done. Now i would like to know how many days is it going to take the workers there to compile a quote with building materials so that we can buy the material for them as it is now 7 days and nothing has been done. I am very upset as this is delaying my plan of building the house. Should i take my plan and give it to another service provide who will be willing to assist a customer with a simple quote for a house plan. The service i have received is very poor, i can understand 3 days but 7 days is a wgole week. If their service is so poor when it comes to compiling a quote what about getting the building material. The house plan is for Mocumi Household in Selosesha Moutloatsi street. I am very disappointed in Cashbuild Thaba Nchu.</p>
