Possible dismissal

Hope this e-mail finds you well.

I Mpho Sekwati went to one of the CashBuild stores in Dobsonville on the 21st of February 2019 at about 09:12am address Cnr Dobsonville Road & Soweto Highway in Meadowlands to deliver stock which orders were previously ordered either by Head Office or the branch. Upon my arrival I went to the receiving end where stock is received and despatched to deliver as per the invoice I had. I was however welcomed by an abrupt feeling from a staff member by the name of Moses who eventually portrait rudeness and a very unwelcoming comments comming from the staff member.

At first I thought he had mistakingly said what he said as a joke however he topped it off when he sworn at me using the "F" word. I immediately asked to see to Branch Manager and explained my grievances. The Branch Manager by the name of Isaac, told me that he would deal with the matter accordingly as it was an internal issue, however I need to see what action will be taken against the staff member as he is dragging the brands name in the mud and in the interim putting the brands name under disrepute with the attitude and rudeness he portrayed whilst dealing with a supplier.

I therefore since this is not the first time the staff member has been so abrupt request that formal action and a possible hearing be held against the staff member so he can take the responsibility of tarnishing the brands name with his rude attitude.

To my surprise, some of the staff members colleagues were totally astonished by the behaviour in which the staff member carried himself and felt it was high time his attitude be dealt with accordingly.

I have been assisted by the likes of Miss/Mrs Anthea and never have I encountered such horrific and terrifying customer service in that branch.

I appeal that I will do follow ups regarding this matter and never will I find rest until this is sorted and justice done. This staff member does not deserve to be part of a highly recommended number 1 supplies of Building materials who's values are to strive to do it right the first time.
