Poor unprofessional service

Delivery of materials is poor, promises are made that are not met, poor communication regarding delays, had to call Cashbuild several times to find out when deliveries will be done. This happened on 2 occasions. As a results builders sat around with no work and completion of project was delayed. Manager advised that they don't have control of their suppliers.
