POOR SERVICE RENDERED!!!!!

Good day, please assist with cashbuild at Protea Gardens as I bought nabraska 5000 bricks on date 03/02/2015 via EFT. Wednesday they confirmed receipt of the funds was then told the brick will be delivered on Friday. Got a call Friday saying they can only deliver on Monday date 09/02 before 10:00 am told them the workers are starting Monday. Today is Monday 09/02 and was up and down with the store but still no bricks have been delivered, workers are behind now and I have set a deadline for them and I am not gonna pay extra money because of cashbuild negligence or I will take this to the Ombudsman, please sort it out immediately.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Sphiwe
