Poor Service/No Delivery

We bought some material from this branch and agreed that they are going to deliver on Wednesday. Wednesday I received a call from them telling me that they are going to deliver half of the stuff bought. My problem is they are expecting us to wait for them the whole day since they can't tell us time they are going to deliver, which I find very strange. I have bought stuff in Soweto branch and they were very efficient. The centurion branch does not commit themselves to anything. I found it very *********** that they can not tell me delivery time.
