Poor service from Cashbuild in Welkom

On Sunday the 23rd of April I went to Cashbuild in Welkom, the one next to Park Motors, opposite Goldfields Mall, was assisted by Portia with the quotation and I informed that I will return on Tuesday for payment. Tuesday the 25th I went back and asked to be assisted by her, she came, little did I know that she was in a hurry to go to lunch, but that does not constitute to the service I got. She had to separate the invoices as the other material was due for delivery and I had to leave with the other, she excluded some of the items, of which I had to drive back to the store to rectify the mistake she made, I wouldn't have known that all material was not there as most things are written with codes, she should know and be accurate. Today the 28th, my order was delivered to my place, however, the delivery guys left all the material, 4 bags of cement, 150 block bricks, outside the yard and they had the audacity to tell my sick sister who was receiving them that they will never assist her to put the cement inside and she should take it herself unless she pays them, how would you expect a woman who is ill to carry a 50kg bag of cement? I had to make a call and pay someone to go assist, what's the point of your company offering delivery services if your staff leaves things by the street? I'm no longer buying at your store ever again your people have a stinky attitude.
