Poor service delivery

I went to Cashbuild Hamilton Bloemfontein on 14/11/2015 to return some material I didn't need<br> I spent the hole 5 hours in the store firstly no one dint want to help me they where avoiding me<br> eventually some one came and took forever to check the items the assistant manager did the same needed to be pulled from where she was siting, the cashier was worse it looked like she dint know any thing the system was too complex for her to understand, and these is not for the first time anything like that happens I went in for quote I was given the same bad attitude and it took them the hole week to deliver my materials
